Hairum Scarum

Last week we covered a production at The Alliance for the Arts. This wasn't your average theater production, because it was directed by a ten year old, Sherry Neikamp.The 25-minute long, one-act comedy was about famous storybook characters who go to a salon to get their hair done. 
Nine kids were in the show, including tech kids. 

It was neat to see the next generation of artists doing their thing.

Coming from single parent families ourselves, we know what sacrifice and work goes into raising a family. This is why we are having a contest to honor single parents across Lee County.
